וְגַ֡ם בְּיַד־יֵה֨וּא בֶן־חֲנָ֜נִי הַנָּבִ֗יא דְּבַר־יְהוָ֡ה הָיָה֩ אֶל־בַּעְשָׁ֨א וְאֶל־בֵּית֜וֹ וְעַ֥ל כָּל־הָרָעָ֣ה ׀ אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֣ה ׀ בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֗ה לְהַכְעִיסוֹ֙ בְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדָ֔יו לִהְי֖וֹת כְּבֵ֣ית יָרָבְעָ֑ם וְעַ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־הִכָּ֖ה אֹתֽוֹ׃ (פ)
Und außerdem kam durch die Hand des Propheten Jehu, des Sohnes Hananis, das Wort des HERRN gegen Baasa und gegen sein Haus, sowohl wegen all des Übels, das er vor dem HERRN tat, um ihn mit dem Werk von zu provozieren seine Hände, wie das Haus Jerobeams, und weil er ihn geschlagen hat.

And because he had killed him [Nodov]. Since he too, committed the same sins, consequently he should not have killed him, therefore he was punished for his murder. And similarly we find, “And I will avenge the blood of Yizre’el upon the house of Yeihu,”2Hoshe’a 1:4. because they did not turn away from Achov’s ways, they were punished for his murder.
